First and foremost, I run my business with 3 rules of thumb.  Communication, dependability and honesty.  These 3 things in my opinion are the most valuable attributes when working with clients dealing with Real Estate transactions.

I specialize in corporate relocation, investment properties (rentals or rehab, handyman specials, fix and flip), and inherited homes (also known as probate real estate).

 

When I'm not selling Real Estate, I'm out and about enjoying everything South Florida has to offer with my wonderful husband.  I value friends and family and I am an absolute lover of everything canine.  My husband and I have three beautiful dogs and I love to walk them and swim with them in our pool.  Two of them are big dogs and one is a chihuaha... I like to joke that the chihuaha RULES THE ROOST!   Except it's not actually a joke, she really does.

We like to snorkel and dive, kayak and go boating both on the intracoastal in Fort Lauderdale and also in the beautiful Florida Keys.
